The body and mind is complicated, however both work together to produce results. To achieve a healthier status and maintain weight diet must combine with exercise, since one without the other will not work. Combining healthy provisions with correct exercises can bring you good health and physical fitness, which will enhance your quality of life. Some of the confusion comes when people diet, exercise and take care of them self, yet they still gain weight.
One of the biggest setbacks that people adhere to is making excuses to avoid dieting and exercise. Countless of people find it easier said than done to stick with diet and exercise programs that facilitates them to remain healthy while maintaining weight.
One of the largest reasons is that most people do not understand their body and its type, or have difficulty adhering to a schedule. One of the largest reasons why this happens is that many people find it difficult to plan, set goals that work, and find solutions that help the person maintain a schedule.
Anytime the body is in motion, producing actions it is exercising. Lifting some ounces of beer is not an exercise. Alcohol if overused will affect the body and mind dramatically.

Jatropha and Biodiesel in India is a part of India's goal to achieve energy independence by the year 2012. Jatropha oil is produced mostly from the seeds of the Jatropha seeds or curcas, a plant that can grow in wastelands across India. Jatropha oil is considered to be an excellent source of bio-diesel. In India, the government with the help of NGOs cane reduce its dependence on coal and petroleum to meet its increasing energy demand and encouraging Jatropha cultivation is a crucial component of its energy policy. In general, the encouragement of the development of renewable sources of energy by the use of these processes.
In India there are about more than 100 million acres (according to sources) of land where Jatropha can be grown and It can replace more than 20% of India's diesel consumption by another couple of years and this can provide much needed employment to the rural poor of India and also a means to energy Independence to India.
With regard to this, we have created a NGO in Orissa for the development of Jatropha production starting on a small scale with a long-term goal of making more and more unused wasteland to make it Jatropha paradise, which can provide a residual income to the rural poor and can be a good source of energy, as well it provides a better environment. |

Medical Transcription is one of the fastest growing fields in health care. Medical Transcriptionists are in demand increasingly in India and Western countries where the entire healthcare industry is based on insurance and detailed medical records are required for processing insurance claims.
Medical transcription is an interesting and challenging career. It is the process whereby one should accurately transcribe medical records dictated by doctors and others, including history and physical reports, operative reports, consultation notes, discharge summaries, psychaitric evaluations, etc. M.T. or Medical Transcriptionist is a person who assists physicians and specialty surgeons usually by transcribing, formatting, and proof reading these reports.
In India there was a boom in this industry couple of years back with a lot of companies and training institutes entering this field. Most companies except a few could not survive due to lack of proper training and quality manpower of this comparatively new concept in India. And this it the part of life, and different people are trying different methods to earn this. I am included, so as I.
